Relatives who economically drain you – The black wealth curse
When I was a kid, my father told me that there is nothing lower than a person who will steal from his own family.
I used to think about People on drugs and things like that.
But then I realized that there are also people who will borrow the hard earned money of their relatives and never pay them back.
When you take something and donβt give it back, that is basically the same as stealing.
This is a massive drain on many of our families, as we have loved ones who take from others but act as if they donβt have anything to give.
Some people think the world owes them something.
also, stealing from your relatives in this way breeds a lack of trust that infects many families, to the point where many people in our community wonβt even do business with the people they are related to!
If you are building wealth in your family, you must develop a culture where this kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE.
Trillions in Black Wealth is lost due to this form of economic trauma
I am writing about this in my new book, βThe 10 Commandments of Black Economic Power.β
