11 TV Hill: Poly to pilot making African American studies an AP course

All this month, WBAL-TV 11 is spotlighting Maryland’s Black history. One Baltimore City high school is making African American studies an Advanced Placement course. Come fall, Baltimore’s Polytechnic Institute will be one of 50 schools across the country to pilot this program.
